New Fellows of the NZIA
Wonderful to see Prof Andrew Barrie, Prof Deidre Brown and Assoc Prof Julia Gatley elected Fellows of the NZIA at the annual awards of the Auckland Branch in May 2021. The honours recognise Andrew’s work in academia and practice, including award-winning buildings realised under the name Andrew Barrie Lab, Deidre’s writing on Māori and Pacific architecture, and Julia’s writing on twentieth-century New Zealand architecture.
