Fast Forward: Julia Gatley in Conversation with Mark Wigley, 3 August 2021

Under the umbrella “Alumni Abroad”, Fast Forward Spring for 2021 capitalises on the opportunities afforded by Zoom to catch up virtually with a series of the School of Architecture and Planning’s star alumni living and working overseas.  We are delighted to open the series with a Q&A with Mark Wigley, Professor of Architecture and Dean Emeritus at Columbia University, New York. Mark has had a stellar academic career at Princeton and then Columbia universities. He is an historian, theorist and critic who explores the intersection of architecture, art, philosophy, culture and technology. He has been prolific as an author, editor and exhibition curator, with books and exhibitions among the most celebrated of the last 35 years.
