Interstices is Turning 25!

Interstices: Journal of Architecture and Related Arts has issued a call for abstracts for its 25th issue, “Silver,” celebrating its significant anniversary. Interstices was first published by the University of Auckland’s School of Architecture in 1991. Since 2005, publications has been annual and by enigma: he aupiki Charitable Trust, in collaboration with AUT’s School or Art + Design. Interstices fosters critical engagement. The silver anniversary issue reflects on the journal’s past by encouraging articles that engage with material from its back issues. This includes long-form and short-form papers as well as project reviews, postgraduate creative design work and non-refereed contributions such as book and exhibition reviews. Abstracts are due by 15 September 2025. See interstices.ac.nz.
