In our third Q&A for Fast Forward Spring, “Alumni Abroad”, at 6 p.m. on Tuesday 17 August, we talk to Jude Kohlhase, a Senior Urban Development Specialist in the Urban Development and Water Division of the South Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank, based in Manila.  Jude is an urban planner with an impressive academic and professional pedigree, and is responsible for sovereign operations in urban transport, rural water supply and sanitation, climate resilience, power, urban planning and urban housing. Before joining the ADB, Jude worked with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Works/Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Samoa, when planning law was in its infancy.
